Excellent tips! Renee Trudeau, author of “The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal” writes that self-care is “attuning and responding to your deepest needs and desires”. I have found my life feels more in balance, fun, and less-stressful, when I prioritize myself in the mix.
As a co-founder of a start-up web company while working the ole 8-5 for stability, it’s easy to pull long nights on a regular basis. I already incorporate the planning and relaxing on the way home from the day job but sometimes burn the candle at both ends.
