Do you feel it in the air? It’s change.

Every season has an end. And with any end comes fear, uncertainty and sometimes sadness.

Even if ends bring new beginnings like a marriage, a baby or a new career, the loss of what we know can feel earth shattering. Instead of embracing change, we grasp on, holding desperately to what was instead of what will be.

Does that sound like you?

How are you continuing to do things that don’t serve you or your new life out of fear of change? Maybe you need to take the time to grieve for your old self and your old life so that you can embrace your new one.

It’s something important to contemplate this week as we get closer to summer. It also fits with one of our posts on transitions.

Have a great week and enjoy!
