A combination of medication and psychotherapy can help sufferers to lead a normal life. One must also to touch on the process ofacknowledging and accepting. Acknowledging this mental illness is like ok, it is there, but when you accept it, and you are looking into treatments, educating yourself on the subject,and going to support groups, you are taking action and you understand that it is a mental condition.
