Life is a work in progress. When I think about who I was 10 years ago, that girl was barely distinguishable from who stands before me today. Ever read an old journal and feel astonished by who you were? I feel the same way.

I was lost, confused and did not know who I was or who I wanted to be. I was a slave to my emotions and my experiences. I let others create the road in front of me and define my worth. While I have grown a lot since then, I am still a work in progress.

I don’t know where you are on your journey, but if you are struggling to get to where you want to be in your life, I hope a few of these top posts this week will bring you solace.

It takes a lot to get to your goals. You may be dealing with depression, body image issues or struggling with your own self-identity. If so, congratulations to you for keeping on the difficult path. It’s hard work, but you will get there.
