Anyone catch the Oprah Winfrey show yesterday? Tyler Perry was on. I was running around checking my computer, looking at my iPhone and cleaning up with the show running in the background. When I finally sat down to watch, I was moved by what I saw.

Perry revealed the pain and struggle he endured from his traumatic childhood. While it was heartbreaking and difficult to watch, what he said was also hopeful. He talked about forgiveness, his ability to use writing as his escape and how he was able to empower himself and the little boy he lost when he was abused. It’s a touching piece. One that reminded me of the impact inspiring people can have on us and the importance of support through times of adversity.

It’s a hope we all have for you as well. That you’ll read these posts and be inspired to get help, support each other, and find ways to better your own lives.

With that, I hope you enjoy these Top 5 posts and have a wonderful weekend!
