Thanks for this. I now sleep fine due to the side effects of the combination of medications I take (downside is they make me fatigued during the day, too), but I’ve had many periods in my life when I couldn’t sleep.
#14 – getting checked out medically for possible sleep disorders – should be emphasized. For example, millions of people are estimated to have undiagnosed and untreated sleep apnea, just one of many sleep disorders.
Also, no mention was made of the negative impact on sleep quality of watching television or looking at a computer monitor within a few hours of going to bed.
