The Dalai Lama once said, “There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.” But what does happiness even mean? It’s such an elusive term and there are a variety of ways to define it and how do we make it a practical reality in daily life?

As a psychologist and researcher on the topic, I sought out many of the leaders who are involved in advancing the science and practice of what it means to live a happy life. I interviewed them and put it together into The Uncovering Happiness Symposium, which turned out to be the wisdom of happiness all in one place.
