Andrew Schrage was born and raised in the Boston area and attended college at Brown University. He graduated with a degree in economics and shortly thereafter took a position at an investment fund located in Chicago. After growing restless with the corporate world, Schrage decided to begin work on Money Crashers. The goal of Money Crashers is to educate its readers on the many ways that one can better manage their finances. It features articles on a wide variety of finance-related topics, including reducing monthly expenses, setting up an emergency fund, saving for retirement, and investing. The site also features information about the psychology of money, how money affects our personal relationships, and more.
