Mindfulness and Psychotherapy

It’s been five years since we welcomed Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. to our blogging network here at Psych Central. Since then, we’ve grown from a handful of blogs to over 6 dozen blogs, and we add new ones every month.

Back when Dr. Goldstein was just starting this blog, the concept of mindfulness as a beneficial healing tool was also in its infancy — not a lot of people understood how mindfulness techniques could be used to help with mental health and life issues. With 540 articles published on this topic, Dr. Goldstein has created a great resource and library of information on mindfulness.

Please, head on over to Dr. Goldstein’s blog today and wish him a happy anniversary in the comments section.

Congratulations to Dr. Goldstein and his wonderful blog! We look forward to many more years of the blog.
