He feel through the cracks. I was in the military and my husband is still in the military and he and I both were unaware of the change. We try to keep up with new policies. If the policies aren't put out thier for the soldiers to view they tend to go with what they know. Plus many are to scared to admitt thier problems because if thier is a will their is a way to get around most policies. You just have to hope you have great supervision.
