		<description>Personality is such a hard thing to pin down, it&#039;s an elusive sprite. I like the idea that we have some broad dimensions within which we all fit, but I get very uneasy when personality typing is used in employment practices because there&#039;s so much scope for error.
Also there&#039;s a judgement that makes certain personality types &#039;preferable&#039; over others, purely based on the ideals we currently hold up in society.</description>
