		<description>am not so sure about this article, i would rather be in a team that recognizes the importance of freedom of speech and working together with clear visions set, clear communication and appropriate work ethics rather than following or conformity. I would rather be ostracized, as I clearly can think for myself and know whats right or wrong for the greater good; and not be molded into a group or manipulated by groups that serve to boost their own individual silos. There is a thing called team work and nobody seems to be taking notice of this concept. Everyone is in it for themselves at the end of the day, whether in a group or not. I personally do not want to be attached to such groups and sheepish mentality!</description>
