I actually work for a non-profit organization that provides employment for the developmentally disabled population. The name of it is Once Again. They come in 3 days a week and earn an hourly wage. It is great for them because they get to leave their residential community and GO to work. They take pride in the work that they do, which is reconditioning donations that we get in as well as building a small line of products. The goal at Once Again is to provide members of this population with valuable experiences and we have been so successful at that. We just hope to keep selling our products so we can continue this program.
