Is it possible for me to implant a false memory into my own mind? Or to do so to another, without the use of a survey? If so, how?
Also, I'd like to share that, after being sick after eating a taco with refried beans a year or two ago, I still can't stand so much as the smell of them.

My mother fixed me a lunch prior to us going to a waffle dinner. Late that night I was severally ill with an upset stomack. She told me that the cause
was bad meat that I had for lunch. My mind would
not accept the cause. It took 30 years before I could even eat a waffle, and it is still not on my preferred list.

Just the mention of an egg sandwich upset my stomach reading this. Of course, next time I'm hungry it might be different. Nevertheless, could this type of memory just be influenced by one's imagination and if so how does our memory distinguish between imagination and actuality?

Can memory loss and cognitive impairment due to some damage to grey matter be cured or partially cured by the therapy? If so, suggest the therapy in detail.
