I am always busy with work, errands, kids and chores. I do not have time for myself and I am not able to spend quality time with my family. I will create a list and try to simplify my life. I found a great way to &quot;de-compress&quot; after stress - by using a hypnosis relaxation CD. It&#039;s great and I almost always fall asleep after listening to it.
