		<description>Great article. I&#039;m afraid that I am, at times, guilty of combining crash diets with crazy bouts of exercise. I can manage to lose 5 or 6 lbs, but it always comes back - and seems harder to lose.

I wonder if there&#039;s anyone tracking the participants of the biggest loser to see the percentage that have sustained the weight loss?</description>
