I for one am happy to see the year end. It has been "The Year of Living Dangerously" that has evaded a resolution. 2008 opened Pandora's box, yet 2009 will not close it. How to continue to live in this cage? Is this really who I am? Hopeing it is a bridge, a ladder, a rope to a self that is true, not just pleasing. Such a chore....living.

Thankfully no thing stays the same! It has been a very stressful year for many. Realistically, I'm sure most people are glad to see it go. There were times when the possibilities seemed endless however, such as when we elected a president according to all the right reasons.
There were indeed quite a few times that provided us with the breaks we needed during that painful/emotionally draining year. Hopefully life can now resume to a more stable and promising one.

What each year is to someone (good or bad) depends on what has happened in each individual life. So I wish you all the best and I hope that if I have a happy 2009, that you will too!
