		<description>dr   edelstein helped  me a   lot   solve  various problems
 i  found  his book   very     good  indeed    and   highly  practical !!!!!!!          no  hassle  you  do the  three minute  exercises     and   you get  results          it  s  what i  like  about   MICHAEL   there s not beating  around  the    bush      u  adddress  the problem   yourself ( alongside  with the suggestions contained in  the  book  )  and  VOILA
 i  have also written  him   various   times  about such or such difficulty    and he s always  replied with loads of practical  advice
  i  love  the guy  !!

It may be interesting that ironically, even tho you are critical of the 12 steps programs, your method is almost identical to how I did step 4 when I was in the program.  And it did, like your system build into me a habit of taking responsibilty for my own behaviour and feelings, and cut out irrational anger.  However, that wasnt the end of my journey, I needes a lot more......... but thats a continueing story........But it always helps to be reminded.

Something tells me that emotions(C) creates (B)thoughts unlike stated in the book. I could be wrong, as i am no expert nor do i have any examples or illustrations to back the same.
