		<description>Thank you, that was excellent, sheesh, the writer   did not do her homework on this. Mad Pride has deep roots in the confessional poetry made famous by Anne Sexton, and most recognizably in the early 80s punk rock/ DIY movement where  of us old timers have been doing the spoken word/performance/lecture circuit thing on a wing and a prayer for decades.</description>
