We’ve gotten a fair amount of feedback and demand from our European members to have a chat earlier in the day, so they aren’t attempting to log into our regular Tues. night Q&A sessions at 2:00 in the morning! Message received!
So, to that end, I’ve agreed to a second weekly chat with myself on Thursday afternoons at 3:00pm ET (7:00 pm UTC/GMT, 8:00 pm London time). We’ll start this Thursday. Chats are general mental health and relationship Q&A sessions are not meant as medical or psychological advice. Please read the chat guidelines.
As I said, this is mostly for anyone who might not be in the U.S. to attend, but of course, all are always welcomed!

Since 1991, I’ve been reviewing and indexing online mental health resources. First, support groups. Then FAQs. And eventually, in 1995, websites. Since 1995, we’ve also awarded websites various web awards, but we stopped doing that in 2000. We decided to revive the practice because there are now so many fantastic blogs and other resources that deserve your attention and reading.
To that end, I’d like let you know that we will be announcing the winners of the Best of the Web – Blogs in Bipolar on Wednesday of this week. I don’t think any of the top blogs in this category will be a surprise to regular readers, as we link to many of them often. But we think all 10 are worthy of your time and consideration.
Future topics in mental health will be announced in the upcoming weeks, including Best of the Web – Blogs in depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and other topic areas. Stay tuned!
