I have only just now discovered the article Sandra Kiume wrote entitled "Trouble in jPod".

I am Janie Toivanen -- and some of the "facts" stated are an interpretation of what took place by, I assume, reading court documents. There was no attempt to reach me for comment.

I suggest, in the future, Ms. Kiume contact the person she is writing about. I am sure if the roles were reversed, she would appreciate that common courtesy being extended to her.

As a small example of behind the scenes ...
I was given the responsibility of overseeing the writing/recording of close to 10,000 lines of audio script. This was in addition to my job in Localization. The game was completed on all platforms with the exception of PC when I left on medical leave. Not bad for "no longer being capable". EA then chose to terminate me, by means of a letter, within a month and while I was at home on my leave of absence.

Although it is long past the date of this article, it is the first time I have broken my silence. After all, there is always two sides to the story.
