I am posting this announcement on behalf of a colleague; I have no association with the study below.
Researchers at the University of Sydney, Australia, are undertaking a global study to identify the incidence and role of depression and anxiety in people who go missing. The study is being conducted by Ms. Catriona Lorang and will form the basis of for a Ph.D. degree, under the supervision of Dr. Gomathi Sitharthan and Dr. Andrew Campbell. The investigation is an exploratory study which aims to better understand mental health as a contributing factor for people who may voluntarily go missing.
