Psychologist surrenders license, won’t fight charges

When an assistant to psychologist Kenneth Felker complained to police in February about a male intruder kicking in a therapy-room door, he left out a couple of details:
1. Felker and a female client were on the other side of the door, naked.
2. The intruder was the woman’s husband, with a video-camera.
