When the going gets tough at the stores this holiday season, the tough go shopping online. When life gets really tough, there’s online therapy.

“I think it’s invaluable this time of the year,” said John Grohol, spokesman for International Society for Mental Health Online, which promotes the development of Web technology for the mental health community.

No plug for Grohol.com??? :)

How about a nice online massage? Makes as much sense as online psychotherapy.

Honestly? I believe in it and I am not just advocating online therapy due to my mental disorders which have led me to research a whole lot with my MALS degree! I cannot wait to get a peer to peer support certificate and combine to two to help others like me! And along with helping others myself too! Love it!
