I have been depressed since I was 13 and have been cutting off and on since i was 14. Recently I have been becoming more irritated with everything and I personally think i should get some treatment but my parents don’t want to see i have a problem. When should someone seek inpatient treatment?
A: That’s a good question. The first questions I have before that are, “Are you in outpatient treatment currently?,” “Do your parents see that you have a problem enough for outpatient therapy?,” and “Do your parents really know what’s going on?” Watch the video for the complete answer.
Take good care of yourself,
