Q. I have had very strong feelings that my husband is cheating and lieing to me. His actions towards me have given me good reason of infidelity. But My question is I hear him talking to a woman while I am in the shower? I see things that may not be there. My husband tells me that I am seeing things but there are times that I see and hear a girls voice. The feelings I have are so strong I can’t sleep at night. I have never had this before, I am wondering if I have a type of disorder causing these dillusions and images in my head, is it possible that all this could be in my head and I have mentally created it. I am almost positive he is cheating. Is women’s intuition fact?

A. The question is what is real. Either there is a woman talking or there is not a woman talking. I cannot tell you what is real because I am not there and I have no proof. You must find out whether or not your perceptions are correct or false. There is no scientific proof that woman’s intuition is a real thing. You certainly cannot base your decisions and your thoughts upon something that “might” be true. You must be certain that they are true before you go and bet your life upon them. You may need help to sort out the truth. A good therapist would help. A private detective might also help but if you suspect that you may be delusional, I would start with the therapist. Good Luck.
